We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email our customer service department at email@example.com. Cancellation email must be received within 24 hours of submitting your order.
It is extremely important if you are canceling your order; a cancel email must be received within 24 hours of submitting your order. All sweet treats are made-to-order. We make it specifically for you, and no one else.
While we may be able to find someone to take your canceled order last minute, it is not always guaranteed. We have had instances where we had to throw away a large order, and that's just heartbreaking.
We understand that life happens, but we expend time, labor, money, and love on every customer order we make, so we will charge you 50% of your total order if you are unable to cancel within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Refund will be submitted within the form of store credit.
